Metal decals are applied similarly to dry transfers, so you'll remove the layer beneath the decal and then rub it onto the place you want to apply it to. My advice for these ones is to slowly peel the top layer after rubbing to see if it is applied well. The attached file is from this site on how to apply the metal decals. Additionally, the decals should be numbered the same as the stickers you would get with the kit; any extras are up to you. The all holo decals has a few example photos of where you might want to place them.
